Newly Renovated Studio with full kitchen - Walk to Rice U

What a gem! The place itself was just as described and very tidy! The courtyard was an added bonus…I spent mornings and evenings enjoying an outdoor space to work and unwind. The walkability to so many amazing restaurants and coffee shops in Rice Village and beyond, and the Rice University walking loop and Hermann Park, to name a few, was exceptional! Katie was super communicative both prior and during the stay and included a very comprehensive “locals” book which was super helpful. On top of everything else, the bed and the linens were beyond heavenly. I even rooted around for a tag for the linens to purchase some for my own home! In short, don’t pass up the opportunity to stay here! As we are approaching our move to Houston I will be certain to recommend this to friends and family when they come to visit. Thank you, Katie!

Great apartment, it was very clean and had everything we needed. Very helpful and responsive host. Loved our stay, we will plan to stay here again!

Perfect location for a visit to Houston and Rice University! Kitchen has everything you need. I loved the decor, unique artwork and cleanliness of the room and outside spaces.
